Sarantos - Not Where I Wanna Be (2014)

Sarantos is finally releasing his long-awaited and eagerly anticipated 1st solo artist music album on November 18^th 2014. Sarantos' music has received rave reviews so far and he relishes this chance to pursue his life long dream.

Sarantos unique sound has been best described by industry insiders as "an emotionally powerful vocal style masterfully united with music that is a fusion of classic 80s rock blended with modern soft rock and pop music!"

Sarantos currently has over 1M twitter followers, 450K Facebook likes and is rated #4 on Reverbnation in the pop genre.  Sarantos was invited to the Toronto Music Festival on May 6^th and performed with his new band to a sold out live audience of over 200 people.

Sarantos has been writing lyrics since 4th grade and is passionate about the words he puts to the music. Music was always in his blood. Music was always a passion and much more than a hobby. Sarantos has written over 2,000 songs!

Having undergone several personal challenges with Sarantos' father passing away two years ago after a long hard-fought battle with lung cancer, dealing with personal health issues like asthma and allergies which affected his singing style, going thru life's ups & downs, the timing is finally right. Sarantos main motivation, however, is to raise money for charity.

33% of any music related sales are going straight to charity!

Sarantos has always been inclined to help people in need and is proud to launch this CD as a way to donate a portion of proceeds to charity, hopefully inspiring other artists to do the same. The 11 charities chosen for each song include American Cancer Society, American Lung Association, Make-a-Wish Foundation, American Heart Association, St Jude's, Hellenic Academy, ASERF, American Red Cross, Children's Hospital of Chicago, Chicago Medical School, Thanioton Society & the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

The website, Melogia (which in Greek means "with words") was established by Sarantos, an aspiring singer and song writer.

Uzziel - Torn Apart (2014)

Uzziels style is hard to describe for they play everything that steams and rocks. Soothing vibes are inspired by dark emotions and life pain.

EVYLTYDE are a female-fronted British metal band based in and around the London area who bring the sound of traditional, classic metal into the modern age with a mix of killer riffs, searing power chords and melodic vocals!!!
EVYLTYDE was established in August 2013 by Danny Merton (guitars) and Hannah Delany (vocals) after both were recruited for a project to reform a cult UK metal band from the 80s.
However, when that project fell through they were left with nothing but some studio time, so they set about using it productively - recording a number of tracks for independent release.
"Fight To Be Free" was the first of these tracks and is a homage of sorts to classic British metal bands like Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. "Fight To Be Free" was released during the traditional Christmas Chart period in 2013 and is currently available for download.
Due to it's lyrical content being inspired by events such as the Arab Spring, Libya and the war in Syria, EVYLTYDE are dedicated to giving all profits from the sales of the single to charity.
In late 2013, bassist Paul James (formerly Virus) permanently joined EVYLTYDE to add even greater depth to what was already an extremely powerful core.
After a number of drummer changes in early 2014, EVYLTYDE finally settled with Isaac Marques (previously 101% Pantera), a stalwart of the London depping scene who finally hung-up his mercenary hat to join the band full-time.
Within a relatively short amount of time EVYLTYDE have been lucky enough to share the stage with some other great independent UK metal acts including DETHONATOR and SKREAMER as well as NWOBHM originators SACRILEGE.
In July 2014, EVYLTYDE released their second single "Killer", the video for which received over 1,000 views on YouTube in it's first few weeks.
To celebrate the recording of their debut album the band released their third single "Skin Deep" in late September/early October 2014 as a free download on their Reverbnation page.
Now, with the imminent release of their self-titled debut album, EVYLTYDE are looking forward to an exciting 2015!

Red Flag Crew - Black sails on the horizon EP (2014) Free Download

Red Flag Crew is a Spanish pirate metal band. Founded at the end of 2013 by ex-members of Evernight, RFC recorded his first EP "Black sails on the horizon" and released it on April 2014 including 6 songs in it. Red Flag Crew greatest influence is Alestorm but adding  his personal touch to the songs with a more agressive voice and more keyboards. All the lyrics refer to pirate themes, some of them real ones, and other just sea legends.

Methane is a four piece Southern Metal band from Sweden. Formed by Tim Scott former bassist of (Revenant - Nuclear Blast and Hateplow - Arctic/Pavement feat. Members of Cannibal Corpse) and Jimi Masterbo former ( Hell Patrol guitarist ) along with Tim's brother ,Dylan Campbell ,and Andreas Strom on drums.  
Methane formed in the fall of 2012 when Dylan moved to Sweden. Tim contacted Jimi with the idea of moving away from death metal towards a more progressive style of metal music. The three members started sharing ideas and influences, writing metal songs with country overtones on a heavy Pantera-esque groove. Andreas was brought in to help the writing and quickly became a permanent cog in the Methane machine. 

Methane confirms headlining spot for Sweden's Metal Inferno Festival.  
Methane will be headlining Friday December 5th at the 2 day Metal Inferno Festival in Kramfors Sweden at  Bollsta Folkets Hus. The southern metal quartet is returning from thier U.S. mini tour and finishing 2014 in Scandinavia. 
The Metal Inferno Festival is a yearly fund raising benifit for "The Hero's House" a foundation that supports the families of children who have been hospitalized with longterm illness and The Childrens Cancer fund. The festival hopes to generate 100 000 SEK this year for donation. 
"This is a killer welcome home and to be asked to play for such a worthy cause is an honor. I hope to see die hard rattleheads and beardbangers out in full support!" Said Tim Scott in a statement to the press. Methane recently released a music video for the song 'Hang Me High' which can be seen on Youtube.

King Size - Around and Around (Re-Issue 2014)

In  2014  the  Austrian  rock  band  King  Size  celebrated  its  25 years  jubilee.  Main songwriter  and  guitarist  Tom  Proll  (a.k.a. "Major  Tom")  and  his  bandmates played  over  800  concerts worldwide  and  released  a  lot  of  music  up  to  now.  A few songs  made  it  into  the  charts  and  a  few  of  these  even  to  the top!  The  ballad "Don't  Say  Goodbye"  (#1)  and  the  rock  songs "Show  Me  The  Way"  (#2), "Machinery"  (#1)  and  "Change Your  Mind"  (#1)  were  the  most  successful releases  of  King Size.  Further  the  live  opener  "Face  To  Face"  and  of  course
"Second  Skin"  (Song  Expo  Award  2001  Winner,  Category "Rock  song  of  the year")  are  regarded  as  classics  today!   

 King Size  went  on  tour  with  bands  like Saga,  Sweet,  Uriah  Heep or Thin  Lizzy  and  shared  stages  around  the  globe  with
bands  likes  Oasis,  Toto,  Whitesnake,  Wasp,  Quiet,  Riot,  Steve Lukather  Band, Blind  Petition,  Mannfred  Mann's  Earthband, Bluespumpm,  Slade,  Gotthard, Supertramp's  Carl  Verheyen, Manowar,  Overkill,  Great  White  and  many  more on  festivals. Naturally  they  had  many  headliner  gigs  in  Europe,  Asia  and in  the US.

A2aThoT - Gestalt (2014)

A2aThoT (pronounced “azathot”) is a one-man band from Italy. Not only he records every instruments and vocals (except for some guests), he's also recording, mixing, and engineering everything. This "self-production statement" wants to remind to everyone that you don't need so much to make music, as long as you truly feel it inside of you.
In 2012, A2aThoT published his first, self-produced album (“A2aThoT”), available on his official website. In August 2012, he release a metal cover of “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen, a sort of parody of this famous song.It's only for YouTube users, and it's not available in any form apart from the video. It reaches more than 1000 views in a matter of few weeks, with no promotion at all except A2aThoT himself.

In late 2012/early 2013, he starts recording new material, better oriented for the real A2aThoT sound, that will be featured in the EP, “Trust Your Ear”, published in March 2013 with Pure Steel Promotion. The EP is a complete mix of Doom Metal, Psychedelic Music, with a great taste for experimental things. The sound is deep, dark, and will take you down, below the growling vocals (usually dubbed with clean ones), but always with a touch of melody and melancholic clean parts. Basically, a creepy atmosphere with a gentle touch of sadness. The feedbacks are very good, and the record gets a lot of reviews and articles from many websites (MetalItalia, In Your Eyes, Metal1, Greek Rebels, Blackened Horde, Italia di Metallo, Stormbringer, Focus On
Metal, etc.) and magazines (Rock Hard, Burst, etc.) along with a good work from web radios (Metal-FM, Music-Is-Life, etc.).

In 2014 a new record is ready: “Gestalt”, self-published and promoted. More electronic and psychedelic, now doom metal is not the biggest part of A2aThoT's sound. The Rockford Heroes - Edge of the Silverthorn (2013)

"Edge of the silverthorn" awarded as 4th best album in 2013 by Rockeyez.com ! 
“A nice mix of 70’s hard rock, NWOBH and pomp”. That’s how
Kaj Roth on the blog Roth’n’Roll described this release in a
post. And it’s a very good summary. The drummer Marcus
would probably like to add “AOR” to the description as well.
The music is a mix of a lot of genres, and for each listener
there will probably be another word in the “A nice mix of...”
description.
The Rockford Heroes have previously released to EP:s,
“Light scares” (2011) and “The White EP” (2012). But have
got a lot of good reviews, people seem to enjoy this kind of
music. “It sounds like you picked the best part from hard rock
and heavy metal” was one of the first judgements and e.g.
Sweden Rock Magazine did an interview which was pub-
lished in the november issue 2012.

Musicwise it’s exactly what you should expect from The
Rockford Heroes, the unexpected. Listen and enjoy! All mu-
sic are available for free on the homepage, but also on most
other services people use, like iTunes, Spotify and so on.
The Rockford Heroes is a pretty new band on the scene,
but the members are not. Jonas have previously released two
critically acclaimed albums with VII Gates, Erik have played
with both Guns’n’Roses and Iron Maiden tribute bands and
Marcus plays with some other projects, like Reach (with
members from e.g. Houston) and Titan. Dan have studied
on MI and is a very good singer!

StereoBird is a New York based art rock band composed of Yanek Che (guitar, vocal), Stephen Sanchez (bass), Sirjoh Hathan (drums).
