Yvngerror - In extremis

In extremis is the brand new single by the upcoming British Indie Rock artist Yvngerror (a.k.a., Mitch Young). It's a song influenced by the sound of britpop bands of the 90s, like Oasis, with a rhythm that makes you get up a dance. The lyrical content of the song examines the emotions people experience when feeling trapped and distressed in life and “Wanting to live forever” no matter what gets in their way. 

Yvngerror has also recently made it to the live semi-finals of Manchester’s got talent which is taking place in April and will be performing for the first time in front of 1000 people and hopefully make it the finals.

WAYNE BAKER BROOKS - If These Walls Could Talk

Chicago-based blues rocker Wayne Baker Brooks is back onto the blues scene with his brand new single If These Walls Could Talk. The song beautifully displays Brooks’ability to push boundaries, combining elements of pop with R&B which is laced throughout this new release. He perfected the sound during the recording process, thanks to famed pop/R&B musicians Ethan Farmer (Lionel Richie, Janet Jackson) and Rob Lewis (Christina Aguilera,Diddy, New Kids On The Block) who produced the track. If These Walls Could Talk is a beautiful, soul-drenched blues track written all about a Jada Pinkett-Smith style entanglement that he recently found himself involved in.

SHE MADE ME DO IT - Otherworldly

Otherworldly is the first single from alternative rock band's She Made Me Do It upcoming EP Otherworldly, that will be released on the 5th March. YNES - Better Job

After Rishi Sunak’s comments late last year regarding the creative industry, YNES (pronounced Yin-es) uploaded a 30 second jingle to her social media titled Better Jobs, that gained 8k views and an interview on BBC. During the Lockdown 3 she spend a lot of time to write and record a full track Better Job, which has just been released. Lyrically is insired by the DIY post-punk scene in North America and also by Zuzu and Lauran Hibberd. Her music is influenced by a multitude of sources from 80's synth to the 90's slack and brings us an
eclectic yet honest sound.

YNES says about the song: "I know so many people who are feeling dejected and hopeless at the future of the arts, and I really believe that we need to stay passionate - together. I don’t see myself as an activist or a leader in any way, but by putting this out there I hope to inspire someone out there to stay angry and keep fighting."

Bristol based Anti-Pop band gürl are back with their new single DOLORES. THE RHYTHM BULLIES - Dysnomia

Dysnomia is the debut single by Nashville-based post punk rock band The Rhythm Bullies. It's a song influenced by Post Punk Goth sounds of the early 80's. It is a hard rocking space opera that takes the listener through bare base driven landscapes to powerful and bright choruses, then to a celestial finale. It's opening line: "Hell is empty, look around you." depicts the chaos of modern times.  

Sebastian Mogan, the main composer of the band, says about the song : " I wanted to make an epic but accessible rock song with philosophical lyrics to combat the materialistic trends of today. The clash of ideologies in 2020 lead me to observe post modern times more clearly. I used the Greek Legend of Dysnomia as a reference of a battle between good and evil."
