Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM for short) is a Los Angeles rock band made up of three guys who once had visions of fame and fortune as younger men in L.A., NYC, and the Bay Area. As they are now adults, they make music for love and fun and leave the ambitious dreams to the Millennials. Their music comes from growing up on Punk Rock, Industrial Music, and Jazz, and their four records are available on Spotify, iTunes, Bandcamp, and other streaming services.
CHM’s Feb, 2020 release “Aquatic” is a nine-song LP focusing on themes of environmental collapse and the current wannabe fascist government in the U.S. The title track is a thought experiment on how quickly we’ll have to evolve when the seas rise up over our heads.
