Title: Mirrors
Style: Indie Rock, Funk Rock
Year: 2026
“Mirrors” by REIGN turns a difficult period of isolation into a bold, deeply human song. Its blend of alternative rock, funk and soulful colour gives the track a steady pulse, while the tight arrangement keeps each section clear and purposeful. The groove brings energy to the reflective mood, creating a strong balance between movement and thought.
The production supports that balance, pairing a polished band sound with enough rough edge to keep the performance honest. REIGN’s commanding vocals lead the song with warmth and conviction, drawing out the strain beneath its anthemic spirit without losing strength.
“Mirrors” stands out for its simple, striking idea: after days spent alone, even your own reflection can seem unfamiliar. The lyrics connect that pandemic-era experience to wider feelings of disconnection and lost identity. Rather than dwelling in despair, the song turns personal struggle into something listeners can share.
It is a memorable, moving release that shows REIGN’s musical character and growing confidence.
