The alternative metal outfit Awake Again comes back with a new single, Look Around. The music is a mixture of metal, post-hardcore and pop, with influences from System of a Down , Enter Shikari and Bring Me The Horizon. A melodic, modern metal sound that will stick to your mind for a long time. Look Around sounds huge, nuanced and distressing but still hopeful at the same time.
Awake Again is a four piece alternative metal band from Finland. They won Wacken Metal Battle Finland in 2018 and got to show their alternative metal madness at the global finals in Wacken Open Air.
Look Around was mixed by Grammy nominated producer and mixer Jacob Hansen, who is known for his work with bands such as Amaranthe, Volbeat and Epica.
In one word : Excellent !!!
