"From hell we come, from a small town in Italy called Lodi. It was there,
at the dawn of the horror in fall of 2007, that the Dead &
Breakfast were born. Taking for our name

of a horror movie, or whatever you want, we set out to break your bones. Jack Daniel's drinkers, bass players eaters, we are here to play our fuckin' scary horror punk.

(Death SS founding member) And Alex Scardavian (Paul Chain Violet
Theatre-Strange Here). As special guest we have Claud Galley (Death SS
founding member and Paul Chain V.T.) on Bass.
Where the Sun picks up where Violet Theatre left off, with a distinct
and unique Paul Chain sound made even more evident with Galley on bass
on two tracks, and an exhumed recording of Gorham's vocals on one of the
tracks. This is as close to a new Violet Theatre album that we will
ever get. Thomas Hand Chaste, Alexander Scardavian, Claude Galley,
Sanctis Gorham -- it doesn't get any better than this.
A group was founded in 1995(1994...?) in L'viv city: the cultural
capitol of Western Ukraine.Oleksandr Melnik(singer) and Andrii Gurniyak
"Manuna":guitar)was found a group... Later joined: bass guitarist Mykola
Bilozor and drummer Andrii Yanovskiy"Kaban"...to enumerate all
collectives in which, these musicians participated, there simply is not
sense. It is enough to remember L`viv city bands:"Second Quarantine",
"999", "Lazareth","+GG+" "Drugline" and "Inward

that "Oratanya" whether "Verkhovna zrada" - kicks in a cimbal - a bar

Off Orbit is a rock n roll band that mixes Blues, Jazz and
Psychedelic sounds to create something that sounds familiar and new at
the same time. The band has been active since 2012, this will be the
bands fourth release. The brain child of brother Marcos and Mo Jimenez,
Off Orbit is a band that prides itself in their live sound. This is why
the band has chosen to record this EP live in studio. Experience the
live sound of Off Orbit with their latest release titled "Plug n Play"
Ep, recorded live in studio in Miami. "Lil B" is the first single and it
features bluesy grooves, soulful vocals and melodic guitars and keys.
The song is about the monotony of the every day worker and the futility
of being a dreamless person. The song features bluesy grooves, soulful
vocals and melodic instrumentation.
Craving
Angel was formed in 1984 By Scott Nelson aka Scott T. Schleen (Guitar),
Joey Zimilich aka Joey Layte (bass) and Phill Coffman (Drums). The goal
was to entertain with high energy cover tunes (AC/DC, Led Zep, UFO,
etc) as well as establish original compositions. Craving Angel played
the Minneapolis/St. Paul club circuit for six months with a female
singer. To my knowledge she was terminated for reasons I cannot describe
here. They continued to play for a couple years as a three piece and
then I (Buddy Hughes) came along to fill the lead singer spot.
I immediately got us in the studio and produced our first demo with
songs from the first CA CD with songs like Match the Power and Dark
Horse. We continued to play and recorded a second demo and produced a
video for the anthem Lust for Lust. What a great era in music. With the
demo and video in hand, we headed west to LA. In 1988-1994, we played
and ROCKED the sunset strip. The scene was great. Imagine a kaleidoscope
of all the colors shapes and sizes of flyers from bands everywhere.
From the whiskey a g0-g0 to Gazzarri’s the streets were paved with them
and people everywhere and ready to party.
Party we did. Playing clubs like the aforementioned along with The
Troubadour, The Roxy, Filthy McNasty’s (FM Station), Metal House and on
and on. It was probably the best time of my life and the other’s as we
lived, breathed and played music. We did a lot of recording Scott and I.
At one point changing the name to Straight Jacket after a falling out
with the rhythm section.
We received great reviews in Music Connection and we were offered
contracts. Capital records, Geffen loved the Tune Craving Angel as I
entertained and talked with them trying to get a deal. between the sex,
drugs and music at one point firing a bass player because he wouldn’t
sign the deal with Statue Records. Scott and I parted for a while. I
headed back to Minneapolis to connect with family and the music scene
back home.
Eventually Scott did the same thing. I compiled The music we recorded
during 1986-1994 and secured a distribution deal with Minotauro Records.
They were looking to re-release the” Dungeon Fortress of Rock” record. I
couldn’t secure it with the members of Dungeon so Scott and I worked on
the material for Craving Angel and was released in 2014. It is great
working with Glenn and Marko, much thanks you fucking ROCK!!!! The album
is still selling and getting great reviews and you can get it just
about anywhere. Minotauro wanted another album. I met with Scott again
and hooked up with Erick Wright. Erick is a great musician and friend
and just happened to have a studio using a Windows based app called
Reaper. Unfortunately, when Scott was doing some plumbing work he
smashed his guitar finger. It never healed right and he had to have
surgery. Between that and his family and work obligations we never got
it together.
Timing, timing, timing. Insert Jimmy Cassidy (Guitar). Jimmy and I had
worked together in a band called Ripface. We connected again and this
man is a writing machine. Bringing to my attention that he had a few
albums of material. We wasted no time. We had tried out a few drummers.
We worked with one guy and he never showed up to record. His mother was
always sick and he needed to drive her to the Dr. coincidentally every
time there was a session booked.
WOW, Jimmy knows how to play drums to!!!! Jimmy already had the tunes
with the guitars, bass recorded. We dumped them on Erick’s computer and
began the recording process. Jimmy and I worked on the lyric’s and
melody’s over the summer and came up with some killer tunes that I hope
you will enjoy as much as we do.
We worked with Erick as he did the production and as we watched Jimmy
playing the drums asking him, why didn’t you tell us three months ago
that you could play drums! Fucking hilarious.
This was a blast to make and Jimmy, Erick and I will remember the summer
of 2016 and how cold it is now January 2017 as I am going tonight to
master this CD.
I (Buddy Hughes) am the only original member from the inception of
Craving Angel. Working with some of the best people and friends a guy
could ask for. Maybe in the future and who knows, maybe all the original
members can get together and love, laugh and create another Craving
Angel release.
HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS!!!!!! Buddy Hughes (ou81hughes@msn.com)

UFORIA has been a force in the GTA and southern Ontario over the years. Their third EP was released during July of last year and was produced plus co-written with Finger Eleven drummer Steve Molella. The title
track has been a common sound being played regularly at the Rogers
Centre during the Blue Jays games throughout the 2016 season.
“Steve has had a massive influence on myself and Uforia,” says Ursini. “He
worked his butt off to make each song reach its maximum potential. I’ve
learned more about songwriting and recording in the last year than ever
before because of his talent and energy.”
The aggressive and riff-laden title track, which is also the lead single is about the struggle of making difficult decisions. “It was originally conceived after Adam Adam Brik, our lead guitarist hit a tree and dislocated his thumb in a snowboarding fall,” explains Ursini. “He
was in so much pain and didn’t feel he could wait to be rescued. In
that moment he made the choice to get himself down the mountain and seek
the medical attention he needed.”
The
EP continues with “Radiation”, a warning that ecological change is
inevitable and we must embrace it and evolve in order to survive. “Wake
Me” is about the struggle to wake up and escape the darkness of a dream
world, while “Overthrow” encourages listeners to be patient and to take
control of their own destiny when the moment is right. The EP closer “Is
Anybody Living” is a track about facing your fears, particularly the
fear of change.
Uforia’s
previous releases include the debut EP Imagining (2012) and the
fan-funded follow-up Transmutation (2015). The band has won a number of
contests including the Hard Rock Rising Canada contest (2013), the
opportunity to open for hometown heroes Billy Talent (2014) and the Jack
Daniel’s Supporting Act contest (2016). “Fight or Flight” ranked #4 on
the best songs of 2016 at CJIM Montreal’s Rock Station and 91X in
Belleville. Oshawa’s 94.9 The Rock FM featured Fight or Flight (EP) on
the Best of Generation Next 2016.
UFORIA
first began as a solo project by front man Michael Ursini
(Singer/Songwriter/Rhythm Guitar), which over the years has morphed into
a talented four-piece of hard rock that has released three EPs since
2012. Influenced by bands like Billy Talent, Incubus, Finger Eleven and
Our Lady Peace, among others, the group also consists of Adam Brik (Lead
Guitar), Daniel Salij (Bass) and Dylan Piercey (Drums).
Release: 28 April 2017 KINGS OF BROADWAYwere originally formed in 2011 when guitarist Aldo Lonobile (one of the most recognized guitar players/composers from the Italian metal scene, founder member of bands likeSecret Sphere, Civilization One and Shadowspell) started gathering musicians and friends to fulfill his desire to create a Hard Rock band.
After a year of writing songs, making demos with his longtime friends Luca Cartasegna (ex-Secret Sphere) on drums, Ricky Messeri on guitar and JJ Andreone (Odd Dimension, A Perfect Day) on bass, the showed the ability to create amazing rock songs for the masses, once sung by the right singer!
After trying out some different options, JJ suggested his long time friend Tiziano Spigno (that later became the singer of Lucky Bastardz); Tiziano has a unique vocal tone and an amazing ability in writing rock melodies that give its best melted with KINGS OF BROADWAY!
This was 2012 - and the band then really started! From 2012 to 2015 they
worked in the shadows, composing the whole debut album and recording it
in the best way possible, with the aim to deliver an outstanding sound
able to play the game with the rock giants out in the market!
Among the great words received by the representatives of the musical industry, the band signed a record deal with German label Pride & Joy Music in early 2017. The group’s self-titled debut album “Kings Of Broadway” is set for a release on April 28th, 2017 which also includes an amazing Rock version of One Republic's smash hit "Counting Stars"!
MELODIC, PROGRESSIVE, MODERN: AVELION aims to overpower genre
classification thereby creating a new form: Modern Metal mixed with
Progressive influences and Melody becomes momentum and expression as a
whole which reaches the listener directly. The band was founded in Parma
(Italy) in 2008 and, after some line-up adjustements, in 2011 released
their first studio work: the EP "Cold Embrace". Following the widespread
approval from the critics and the fans, the following year AVELION
started an incessant Live activity, also having the great opportunity to
play as opening act for Seventh Wonder (with Tommy Karevik, Kamelot),
while at the same time a strong and ever-growing fanbase has developed
worldwide. In 2012 the band also released the promotional single
"Falling Down" which sees the collaboration with guitarist Olaf Thorsen
(Labyrinth, Vision Divine). AVELION's second EP, "Liquid Breathing", was
published in November 2013, followed by a mini-tour in Austria, Czech
Republic and Slovakia. The EP delivers a more personal, modern and
mature sound: here we can find, in fact, a Melodic Progressive Metal
mixed with Djent influences, all combined with a strong Electronic
personality. In 2015, with Oreste Giacomini and William Verderi as
masterminds and main composers, the band entered Domination Studio of
Simone Mularoni (DGM) to record their first full length album: “Illusion
Of Transparency”. “Illusion Of Transparency” will be out on April 7th,
2017 via Revalve Records.

Amazed by guitar hero Randy Rhoads, Stefano Viana takes up the guitar at
age of 16, when the glorious 80's Hard Rock was at its highest
splendor. Influenced by artists just
like Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Ozzy Osbourne and Y&T,
Stefano started recording his first songs in 1996, fascinated by
recordings' process techniques. He self-produced two unreleased Cds and,
during the works on the second one, he met Alessandro Del Vecchio,
asking him to get inolved in the production of his first official solo
album. Works started back in 2009: Del Vecchio wrote the lyrics, handled
also the vocal duties; the other session musicians were chosen among
the best ones of the Italian scene: Anna Portalupi on bass, Alessandro
Mori on drums, Gabriele Gozzi on backing vocals and Pasquale India on
keyboards. His lifelong aspiration seems to become reality, rewarding
many years of hard work and sacrifices in the underground scene;
however, just like in the worst of nightmares, serious personal problems
tore apart Stefano's dream, forcing him to give absolute priority to
his family issues. He kept his album in standby until April 2016 when,
regained a stable serenity, he tasked once again Alessandro Del Vecchio,
meanwhile become a long-time reliable friend, with resuming the working
process on the album. Listening together to the recorded material, they
decided to hire an additional guitarist and opting for the talented
Francesco Marras. Stefano's sharp songwriting, Alessandro's astounding
skills as arranger and producer, and session players' amazing
performances in the recording studio gave life to ten captivating
melodic rock tracks, composing an album that is going to be definitely
appreciated by all the long-time fans of this kind of music. Viana is
the moniker chosen both for the project and the album title, that will
be released worldwide by Street Symphonies Records on March 24th, 2017;
in Japan, the release is scheduled in April under AnderStein Music.
Artwork and graphics are provided by renowned artist Antonella Astori /

Self-described "swamp master
generals" MORASS OF MOLASSES will release their new album These Paths We
Tread on May 19th 2017 via HeviSike Records. The album's 7 tracks
blend fuzz, sludge and doom and will undoubtedly be remembered as one of
the best records of 2017.
Morass Of Molasses create the kind of lumbering heavy blues riffs which
induce involuntary head nodding and a deep stirring of the loins. The
band's short life so far has also seen them sharing stages with such
luminaries of the scene as Orange Goblin Ohhms, Vodun, Elephant Tree,
Desert Storm, Space Witch,, Sea Bastard, Limb, Gurt and many more. Their
gutsy Jagermiester stage performance at Bloodstock helped propel them
into a relentless schedule of touring during which they released their
debut EP ‘So Flows Our Fate’.
The new album, These Paths We Tread is a veritable melting pot
of ideas, blended together, forming a thick stew of heavy blues with
side of doom for good measure. As in the EP before, the band uses the
album as a vehicle to explore concepts of mythic sin and ancient
archetypes. The Journey we take through life as humans is ever at the
forefront, and drives the songwriting.
Track Listing:
1. My Leviathan
2. So They Walk
3. Serpentine
4. The Ritual
5. Centralia
6. Maenads
7. Wrath Of Aphrodite

London based heavy rock band THE RIVEN will release their debut EP Blackbird
on April 14 2017. The album's five tracks recall the glory of 70s hard
rock and is influenced by bands such as Grand Funk Railroad and Deep
Purple.
The band's first single "One Last Time" has already created a massive buzz around the band.
The Riven is all about raw, soulful, heavy rock with lots of hot sauce
and cheap beer. Formed in West London after an alcohol-fueled
songwriting session between guitarist Arnau Diaz and bass player Max
Ternebring, they were soon to be accompanied by Charlotta Ekebergh on
vocals and Olof Axegard on drums.
With a love for bands like Rush, Grand Funk Railroad and Deep Purple in
common they started writing and recording songs together. Recording and
mixing was done by JB Pilon at his studio Buffalo Studios in East
London in November 2016.

and quickly followed it up with a stream of gigs in the UK underground.
The demo was followed up in 2011 with 'Resurrection' a 7 track demo
which included 3 live recordings. In 2013 they released their first EP
'The Alchemy Paradox'-A 3 track mini album which was released by defunct
Bristol based label Cosmic Tomb
The band followed this up with a number of shows and festival
appearances across UK and saw them embark on the 'Hang the Witch' tour.
In 2014 the band relased a split with the UK Doom band Trollkraftt
called 'Wytchkraft' and their self-titled first full length (a double
album) released as a joint venture with labels HeviSike Records, Fear Me
Music and Orchestrated Dystopia Records. The album was critically
accliamed and was chosen as Roadburn Festival's album of the day.To
follow the album up, the band toured the UK as well as playing Norway
and headlining a festival in Edinburgh which featured on a underground
documentary about the Edinburgh scene. Since that time Space Witch have
supported bands such as Conan and Mars Red Sky before taking time to
write their 2nd full length, 'ARCANUM' which will be released in Spring
2017 on HeviSike Records.

Return To Void, a progressive rock band, was established in Karhula, Finland in 2015. Initially started as a trio (Markku Pihlaja -voc, Saku Hakuli -gtr, Pasi Hakuli -bass), played acoustic versions of Bruce Dickinson solo material under the name of Dick & Son´s.
After couple of gigs the band wanted to try with full band so Kalle Kukkonen was summoned to take the drumming duties. The magic was immediately there like in good old days of Kaihoro. A band, where they all used to play in the past.
In
